Return/Cancellation Policies:

Defective Merchandise Returns:
Gracelily Handmade Gifts wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their gift purchase! Therefore, returns made due to defective merchandise will be made at our expense. Contact GraceLily Handmade Gifts at
gracelilyhandmadegifts@gmail.com for prepaid return label.

Non-Defective Merchandise Returns:
Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise will be made at the customer's expense (return shipping) and a refund of the purchase price, minus a 10% handling fee, will be made to the customer.

Cancellation before Shipping:
Customers may cancel at any time prior to shipping. Once a product is shipped, order cancellations can not be processed. To cancel an order prior to shipping, contact us at:

Cancellations after Shipping:
Items cancelled after shipping are handled according to the Non-Defective Merchandise Returns.

Shipping and Handling:
Currently, GraceLily Handmade Gifts ships only within the United States.
